Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Trial Version Download WORK

I have the same problem. I've called Adobe Tech Support and have been told that the serial number in my Acrobat 9 standard installer is not valid. I have a serial number, and was getting Acrobat 9 Professional for free from Adobe. When I call Adobe Tech Support, they want me to call the previous number I gave them. I give them the product key and they state that it is not valid. So, I am stuck with Acrobat 8. It's kind of irritating. I'm having the same problem on the PC version of Acrobat 9. I call Adobe, they say it is not valid, and then I call them back and they say it is valid. So, I check it on the PC version and it is not valid. And I call Adobe back and they say they are not sure why it's invalid. I go back to the Adobe site, where I bought the software, and it is invalid. So, I'm stuck with my product key on Acrobat 8. I just hope they fix this glitch soon.

Hi Paul, I am having the same issue. I am trying to download Acrobat 9 Standard from the Adobe site. I called Adobe to find out what was going on and was told that the serial number that you have is not valid.

I have a serial number and what I thought was my serial number was accepted by my Acrobat 8. However, when I go to Adobe to download Acrobat 9 Standard, the serial number is not valid. I have tried leaving the serial number blank and entered the one that I was using earlier.

I was getting the same problem today. I called the chat support line and they said they can only provide support by phone. I talked to the forum moderator and he mentioned that there is no way to get Acrobat 9 Standard trial from the website, that you have to go to the forums. I couldn't find a live chat button.

Well in my opinion, Adobe aren't supporting their product and they aren't answering any questions on their forums. I think they're covering their tracks by making everyone look on the forums when they should be just directing people to the download.

So I got through all the help I could get from Adobe. I called after midnight and figured it was too late to get the support I needed. I’m thinking that I may need to get a new serial number. Unfortunately, I don’t know where to find one. I called the help line and they are unable to find one. So I’m stuck in limbo.

I bought Acrobat 9 standard at a Sams Club on 2/11, I just registered my serial number in the latest trial and it says I can download the trial now. However, I can't find it anywhere.
