Hi, I'm having the same problem. I'm trying to keep my company to only use MicroStation because I don't want to run into these issues again. I entered in my license key, and selected the product name, but when I click on the product version in the drop down it says not available. I'm able to get through the activation, but then it says not available. Anyone know what I need to do to activate the product?
After registering my license key and completing the activation, it does not recognize my product. I am able to get through the activation to the product configuration, but do not know what to do in the product version set up. I have the version number in the Product Name and Product version input boxes, but when I select either of those boxes it does not have any values.
I have a similar problem to the previous commentor. I have registered my license key, and activated, but when I click on the product name to enter my product version it doesn't have any values. It does have a dropdown list for the product, but it is empty. I'm able to get past the activation, and the product is registered, but I can't enter my version. Please help. You are the best.

p.s. I upgraded to Win 7 Ultimate with all the updates installed and MicroStation V8i (SS4) is up and running on it with no problems. It just lost its license on me and I got no idea what happened.
