I am having the infamous vampire dark face tint issue that seems to be caused by Unofficial Skyrim Patch when installed through Mod Organizer. Apparently, this is due to some BSA priority issue caused by the way MO works. Problem is, I don't understand what they are talking about in this thread and don't know how to begin to fix this issue. Can any kind soul help me out here?

Brand new in version 2.53 is this other mod, the first playthrough change mod. It eats up all your save files for the first playthrough until it is finished, by the way. It is highly recommended.

Added new options to repair dialogue options accidentally deleted by the player, to toggle the availability of the customising the permanent damage damage, to avoid violence (including brownies) on the player character, to use the Vampire Hide skill instead of add, and to make sure you don't lose some spells when you beat the Enchanting witch, etc. All of these are optional and can be turned off when you don't want them. d2c66b5586
